According to GB/T 6451, distribution transformers should undergo pressure sealing tests. This test is a routine test, and the test requirements are as follows:
⒈Transformers with general structural oil tanks (including sealed transformers with diaphragms in oil storage tanks), in accordance with the provisions of GB 1094.1
⒉Transformers with corrugated oil tanks (including oil tanks with elastic fins) should withstand a test pressure of 20kPa for 315kVA and below, and 15kPa for 400kVA and above. After 12 hours, there should be no leakage
⒊A sealed transformer filled with gas inside the oil tank should withstand a test pressure of 60kPa on the upper part of the oil surface (excluding corrugated oil tanks), and there should be no leakage after 12 hours
Ⅱ ,The fuel tank design meets the requirements of pressure deformation test
According to GB/T 6451, distribution transformers should undergo pressure deformation tests. This experiment is a special experiment, and the test requirements are as follows:
⒈Transformers with general structural oil tanks (including sealed transformers with diaphragms in oil storage tanks), in accordance with the provisions of GB 1094.1
⒉Transformers with corrugated oil tanks (including oil tanks with elastic fins), 315kVA and below, with a test pressure of 25kPa, 400kVA and above, with a test pressure of 20kPa. After 5 minutes, there should be no damage or impermissible permanent deformation
⒊A sealed transformer filled with gas inside the oil tank, with a test pressure of 70kPa (excluding corrugated oil tanks), should be undamaged and have no impermissible permanent deformation after 5 minutes
Ⅲ ,The fuel tank design meets the mechanical strength test requirements
According to GB/T 6451, the distribution transformer oil tank should undergo a mechanical strength test. After applying a positive pressure (hydraulic) of 103 kPa to the transformer oil tank for 10 minutes, there should be no cracking of the oil tank. This test is a special test
