Transformer daily inspection content

Under normal daily operation, transformers are generally maintenance-free. After running for a period of time, it is necessary to do an inspection to see if the transformer has caused some looseness or movement due to long-term operation. In general, the content of daily transformer inspection is:
1. Dust removal of transformer: After the transformer has been running for a period of time, a layer of dust will form on its surface. The long-term accumulation of dust will have a certain impact on the main insulation of the transformer. In daily inspections, the transformer should be dusted and its surface should be cleaned with dry compressed air to ensure the circulation of air cooling of the transformer and the insulation performance of the transformer.
2. Check whether the fasteners are loose: There are many fasteners on the transformer body, and their respective functions are different. If some fasteners are loose, it will affect some performance of the transformer. When the transformer leaves the factory, all fasteners are drawn with fastening lines. When checking, check these fastening lines to see if the fasteners are loose. If not, there is no problem. If there is looseness, it should be tightened until the fastening lines are aligned. Fastener tightening also has its own tightening force, which is usually listed as follows:
Copper conductor tightening:
Bolt M8 M10 M12 M16
Torque 10N/m 20N/m 35N/m 85N/m
Steel parts tightening:
Bolt M8 M10 M12 M16 M20
Torque 12N/m 23N/m 40N/m 98N/m 188N/m
3. Check the insulation performance of the transformer: Use a megohmmeter to check the main insulation performance of the transformer
